Meditation : part 1 (breathing)

The first step is breathing calmly. Sparing time to sit, relax and just breathe. Letting all thought to come to you, letting then go away. Let other come to you. And breathing. Read as many time as you may wish to. Like a drug level builds up over time and then effects come, so is it with meditation. Little by little you get to know your less anxious self.

Part 2 : (visualize)

You think about, speak about, and then dream and visualize about all the those gifts, places, achievements which you wish you had. You may just initially follow the routine listed here. And then, internet is full of beautiful photos and paintings and gardens for you to view, visualize and roam about.
